experience throwing your hands, men and women alike will find that our boxing classes combine fitness expertise and boxing knowledge to train you body and your mind like never before.
So if you're looking to become faster, stronger, improve your jab, or simply get into the best shape of your life, these classes are for you.
BW = Boxing Workout, these classes focus more on conditioning.
TB = Techinal Boxing, these classes focus more technique.

» Youth Boxing
Our Youth Boxing program brings together authentic boxing and fitess knowledge for a one of a kind experience for our younger members. Run by our
head boxing coach, Julio "Philly" Torres, these classes teach discipline and the invaluble and pratcical art of boxing while getting the kids in in
terriffic shape and boosting their confidence and self esteem.
TR = Training, technique and conditioning on these days
SP = Sparring, you get to beat up Julio on this day :)
